Purpose
The HR visual identity is similar to what we do on all our elements (B2C, B2B, Sustainability etc.) with some additions to ensure right look and feel on Employer branding elements.
The benefit of this is every time future employees see something from JYSK it helps them to recognize/remember JYSK.
The purpose of the employer branding visual identity is to create a cohesive and recognizable visual representation of the values, culture, and employee experience at JYSK as employer.
It aims to:
- Make us distinctive so our candidates and employees will remember the Employee Promises and us (Make it stick!)
- Set a frame on how to design smaller ad hoc graphics, for instance also in cooperation with agencies, and how and where to use those materials
- Communicate our Employee Promises to create a feeling of being proud to work at JYSK
A strong visual identity will help us to create an attractive Employer Brand that attracts, retains, and inspires top talent.
