Our goal is to offer our local HRs a broad media library which represents our staff as diverse and inclusive as possible. You can find some selected images here on BLUELINE and on MediaManagement.
If you would like to organise your own local photo shooting, we have a guideline in the PDF below.
Via the Excel sheet below you an also find a template for a "callsheet", which will help you plan out the photo shooting day(s).
Most importantly when planning a local photo shooting is to secure
- Know the purpose for what you want to use it
- Good lighting
- Attitude, sparkle in the eye & DEI, i.e. that your models are diverse and that you include everyone.
