Tell messages are the messages that we in JYSK has decided to put focus on – besides the overall branding messages about “Scandinavian Sleeping & Living. These messages can be combined with the branding/content messages and campaign messages. It is up to each country to plan and structure the implementation. We recommend using the “Implement study” to find out which messages will have the highest impact in your country.
Please coordinate the local tell message plan with CM and SMM and have it ready to implement beginning of FY19. It should be coordinated through SMM – and will not be part of ActCal. It is OK (and can be recommended) to run the same message more times. Tell messages will at least be updated once a year in the ActCal process – input to new/upgrading of tell messages can be send to Marketing Director. Campaigns will be send out with the Pre-read for ActCal.
