When the campaign is transferred from SAP, it will be placed as ZXXX depending on the type of campaign (promotion type from SAP):

When you have combined all the products on a page, you have to edit all the main products.

Click on the pencil on the article.

Example

Transfer the country specific text (JXX) to the promotion fields. The promotion fields are the fields without JXX in the end.

Select the Priority.

Price information

Select the text in price information in the drop down.
To create a new text click on the green plus:
Write the text and select the country if necessary -> click OK

If you want to edit or delete a text, click on the pencil:
Be aware that the change will affect all the places the text is used.

By adding a new article (Find product) in a campaign the Country field is not filled in.

When the campaign is transferred from SAP the country will be automatically filled in.

Add logo / brand / certificate
  • Click on the sheet Photo/logo/icon
  • Logos will be maintained in Text Tool by the purchasing department
  • Mark the logo
  • The Photos will also be selected on this sheet, but it is the campaign paper team in marketing who will select the right photos

You may only use “Search Logo” in Manus to add graphics placed in others:

Search for a graphic in Manus:

  1. Mark the country
  2. Description: Fill in the English name (or just a part of the name)
  3. Folder: select Other
  4. Search

Page element


Graphical element that need a priority:

  • It’s not possible to add a priority on the page element. Therefore you have to add a fictive article number called "Pageelement”. Add the article to the page and then add a priority.
     
  • VERY IMPORTANT: graphical element and name on page element should be 100% identical.

You can create a new page element if necessary. The “Promotion Description” must be in English!
