Naming of commercial papers / leaflets

Last edited: 13/11/2017

Papers are named with month + number in chronical order (1-2-3-4 or 5). E.g. March-1, March-2….

Papers distributed in the same week have the same name no matter country.

The paper name is the month in which Thursday is the first-coming Thursday where the paper is valid.

Exceptions:

During a budget year there can max. be 52 editions (1 pr. week). Because of the budget there can only be 1 paper named Sep1 (in the beginning of the budget year). If rule 1) above lead to a Aug5 in the end of the budget year – the name would be changed to Sep1 – so the 52 editions will be kept.
