Store Front Manual dual logos
Last edited: 03/07/2024
Introduction
In some countries, we need to show the JYSK logo and the payoff Scandinavian, Sleeping and living together with the JYSK logo and the payoff translated to national language. That gives some different scenarios than the general Storefront manual. Therefore, we have created this manual on how to make the storefront with dual logos and payoffs. For all other general rules please see the “Store Front Manual”.
Purpose
For every store opening, it is vital that we create the best possible storefront for the location, according to the guidelines described in this manual.
The Store Front options/solutions
Depending on store size, shape and the surroundings we have the following 3 main versions of store fronts. In no particular order.
• Store fronts with Portal
• Store front with logo sign
• Store front band
Guideline and all detailed information for each version is to be found on the following pages.
A. Store front with Portal
The portal construction is a combination of the following elements:
1. JYSK Logo & Local language logo
2. Blue plate formed as a portal (e.g. dibond, aluminium or similar material in the corporate colour)

Payoff in one line

Wood panels:
When it is possible, we will recommend using the wood panels as a background on the storefront. It gives a Scandinavian and exclusive look.
The store front must be divided into sections for an easy assembling. The size of the sections is to be decided locally.
Sections guideline:

Color References:
Close-ups of the wood panels. The color of the panels need to be in this color tone.
Nb: The poles must have a fire retardant coding – depending on the fire regulations in the area. The poles are planed and the corners sanded round (otherwise they will be too sharp).
Additional elements:
Flagpoles
Flagpoles are a part of the total outdoor concept for a JYSK store and they are as well used to draw attention to the store from a long distance.
The most common use of flagpoles is by placing 3-5 flagpoles together, forming a triangular shape.
The height of the flagpoles must be min. height 10m - or according to local rules.
