Text Tool's commercial text administration (CTA) is a central text management system in which we create, translate and maintain texts, which are not linked directly to an article number. Texts in CTA include for example brand texts, campaign paper headlines, corporate texts and Space Management texts.
Master texts in CTA are created by stakeholders appointed by the Marketing text team. Translation is handled primarily by Sales and Marketing Assistants in a TODO list based workflow.
